Jibril Linjoum Achu

I use shredded paper and discarded objects to assist in the elimination of human waste and to inform about the importance of recycling our trash. I also use shredded paper as a narrative to the fragile states of life as it’s been experienced by the under privileged in the society. I use my imagination to transform the under privileged into a status of royalty and abundance; hence the light they shine inspires hope for the future in the heart of those that have accepted a state of misfortune in life. My arts aimed to bring collaboration, cultural exchange and awareness that help to debunk the colonial ideologies of boundaries and separation of the African peoples which hinders growth, development and unity.
