Socks for Smiles is our annual national campaign all about celebrating what makes us different, spreading a little kindness and, most importantly, helping change the lives of children who need specialised surgery.
On 16 October 2026, we’re asking South Africans to ditch the matching socks, grab a R20 Socks for Smiles sticker and proudly rock their brightest, boldest, most mismatched pair.
It’s a small gesture with a big purpose. Every R20 sticker helps raise vital funds towards life-changing surgeries for children, while showing that being different isn’t something to hide, it’s something worth celebrating.
