I will be competing in my 9th Ironman 70.3 event in November 2023 and I am proud to say that I will be doing it in aid of the Smile Foundation. We often think of charity as an action, but I think of charity as a state of heart. Please open your hearts and donate towards the Smile Foundation who work together with the country’s Academic Hospitals to put the smile back onto children’s faces with corrective facial reconstructive surgery and treatments.
